Because your services are guaranteed reservations reserved for you. A 50% non-refundable charge will be assessed for the following conditions.
*less than 24 hour cancellation or reschedule an appointment *NO-Show or missed appointment
ANY CHRONIC NO-SHOW OR LATE CANCELLATION CLIENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR ALL SERVICES PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT. THIS FEE WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Packages: All packages expire after one year from purchase date. Packages are to be used by the designated recipient only. No exceptions.
Late arrivals: We will try to honor your appointment.
