Cancellation & Booking Policy – Rejuva Glow Beauty: At Rejuva Glow Beauty, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. This policy is in place to protect appointment availability, ensure fairness to all clients, and maintain a smooth schedule. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below. Cancellations: (24-Hour Notice Required) A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. All cancellations must be completed directly through the GlossGenius booking system. Cancellations cannot be made by text or phone. No-Show Policy: A no-call, no-show is defined as a missed appointment without any prior communication. No-call, no-show appointments will result in: •Forfeiture of the scheduled service or Groupon voucher •Loss of booking privileges until resolved Rebooking After No-Show •Clients who miss an appointment without notice must pay a $50 rebooking fee before any future appointments can be scheduled. This fee is required to reinstate booking privileges. Groupon Clients: Due to the nature of promotional pricing and reserved time slots: Groupon vouchers are redeemed and forfeited for all no-call, no-show appointments Future Groupon bookings may be restricted at provider discretion Rescheduling Policy: All rescheduling must be completed directly through our GlossGenius booking system. Appointments cannot be rescheduled via text or phone call. Clients must use their original appointment through our booking site to adjust/request a new available time. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, with the cancellation policy applied. Policy Agreement: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and booking policy.
